The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

Consultation Description:

Burnett Oil Company has submitted two applications to construct and operate two Class II Underground Injection Control (UIC) wells to dispose of oil well construction and production brines. The project is located in the Big Cypress National Preserve which is managed by the National Parks Service.
