Achieving Health and Environmental Protection Through EPA’s Meaningful Involvement Policy

The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

This consultation seeks Tribal feedback on this draft policy that builds on EPA’s established commitment to meaningful involvement and is grounded in the acknowledgment that EPA actions further strengthen health and environmental protections with meaningful engagement.
