Pechanga Consultation 2015 ozone potential reclassification

The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

We will evaluate whether the area attained the 2015 ozone standard by their attainment date. If the area has failed to attain that will typically result in a reclassification, and we will offer consultation in advance of such a finding.
