The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 has been working to issue the referenced NPDES permit. Because the Navajo Nation is located downstream of the facility, the EPA would like to offer the Navajo Nation an opportunity to engage in government-to-government consultation.
