Delisting the Muskegon Lake Area of Concern

The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

The U.S. EPA, in partnership with the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), is recommending the delisting of the Muskegon Lake Area of Concern (AOC). Written comments, questions, and requests for consultation are being sought from interested Tribes.
