Tribal Consultation

The Tribal Consultation Opportunities Tracking System (TCOTS) publicizes upcoming and current EPA consultation opportunities for tribal governments and Alaska Native Corporations. The goal of TCOTS is to provide early notification and transparency on EPA consultations. TCOTS allows users to download, view, and sort information on a consultation.

Consultation Description:

ANCSA Consultation on proposal to promulgate human health criteria for Alaska. An information webinar for ANCSA Corporations will be offered on June 18. Requesting that consultation requests are sent to EPA by June 26, 2024. Subsequent consultation will occur once rule is proposed early 2025.
